We recently manufactured custom protective covers for sideline shelters (dugouts) to protect them when not in use. Constructed from Commander® solution-dyed polyester, these covers provide excellent weather protection and UV resistance, helping extend the life and appearance of the shelters in a demanding stadium environment. Each cover was precisely patterned for a tailored fit and finished with hand-stencilled, high-quality logos for a durable, professional result. Designed for repeated installation and removal, these covers offer a practical, hard-wearing solution for off-field protection while maintaining a clean, branded presentation.

Waterproof Shade Sail

Custom Waterproof Shade Sail – Inner Courtyard Installation

This project features a sharp, custom-designed waterproof shade sail installed within an inner courtyard, providing reliable weather protection while maintaining a clean architectural aesthetic.

Manufactured from Serge Ferrari 502 premium PVC, the sail is fully waterproof and track-mounted along the inner corner of the building, creating a seamless and durable interface with the house. The sail tapers elegantly down to a single external post, delivering both visual lightness and effective water shedding.

The sail was digitally site-measured, CAD-designed, and CNC-plotted, ensuring a precise fit down to the millimetre. All joins are high-frequency welded, with diagonal seam placement chosen for both strength and visual alignment. The perimeter is fully high-frequency welded and reinforced with a stainless steel perimeter wire for long-term shape retention and tensioning.

Constructed using PTFE UV-resistant thread where stitching is required, the sail is designed for longevity in harsh outdoor conditions. A tensioned stainless steel support wire was also installed beneath the sail to allow for the future addition of integrated lighting.

A highly technical solution delivered with a refined, minimal finish—engineered for performance, durability, and architectural harmony.

Custom Tailer Cover

We recently completed this custom-made trailer cage cover, designed and fabricated to follow the exact shape of the client’s trailer and cage frame. Constructed from heavy-duty 720 gsm PVC in Royal Blue, the cover provides full weather protection with reinforced panels over support bars and high-stress areas. Multiple zippered access points allow easy use of both side and front hatches, while the rear flap can be rolled up and secured when required. Finished with reinforced eyelets and a shock-cord fastening system around the base, the cover fits securely and is built for long-term, everyday use in demanding conditions.

Café-Style Mesh Blinds Installed Beneath Glass Pergola

This project involved the manufacture and installation of two custom café-style mesh blinds, designed to run horizontally beneath a glass-roofed pergola to provide effective solar control without compromising light or airflow.

Installed below the glazing, the blinds reduce glare and heat buildup while still allowing filtered daylight to pass through, making the pergola more comfortable to use throughout the day.

Design & Operation

Each blind operates horizontally on a roller system and is controlled via a manual crank gearbox, providing simple, reliable operation without the need for power or automation. This approach suits pergola installations where access, simplicity, and long-term reliability are priorities.

Materials & Finish

The blinds were manufactured using OUTLOOK® Mesh in the colour Nougat, a neutral tone that works well under glazed roof structures and integrates cleanly with light-coloured architectural finishes.

Mesh fabric was selected to:

  • Reduce glare and radiant heat

  • Maintain airflow

  • Preserve visibility and a light, open feel beneath the pergola

Result

The completed installation provides a practical and visually unobtrusive shading solution that enhances the usability of the pergola space. The blinds sit neatly beneath the glass roof, operate smoothly, and deliver effective sun control while maintaining the openness of the area below.
