Custom sail cover in Sunbrella Acrylic Canvas. Pictures show our standard construction features, including:
- Covered velcro flap at top to secure cover in place at mast end
- YKK Vislon 10 open ended zip at mast end
- 25mm side release clips along boom
- PVC chafe strip inserts at mast and clew inside ends of cover
- We use a hem along the bottom edge of the cover, others use a cut edge with binding that will rapidly deteriorate in the sun.
